Returns Policy

McCash’s Country Store is pleased to offer a credit note or exchange any non-food item that has been bought at the full price and returned in its original condition and packaging, together with the receipt within 28 days. Please note there is a 10 working day delay for refunds on purchases made by cheque.

Items that have been bought at a reduced sale price to clear, are non refundable or exchangeable.

Faulty goods, if accompanied with a receipt, will be returned to the manufacturer for them to analyse and to allow them the opportunity to either repair, replace or credit the item. We will endeavour to advise the customer if we think the goods have a manufacturing fault or have failed through no fault of either ourselves, or the manufacturer. If the manufacturer’s analysis finds that the item has become faulty due to wear or has been torn, and they do not offer to replace the item, the customer will receive back the item after all postage costs incurred have been paid.

Under the Animal Welfare Act, an owner must show a duty of care and ensure feeds fed to animals are fresh and free from contamination. Please ensure you follow the storage instructions on the sack. Any newly purchased sack of feed that is contaminated will be refunded if returned within two days of purchase with receipt.

We work closely with Perth and Kinross Trading Standards Department, and follow their advice.
